Our Selling Policy

Once you purchase an item from us, you agree to our terms & conditions and this will be deemed as a signed contract of sale


We accept payment through PayPal.

PayPal is the quickest method of purchasing as your order is processed as soon as payment is received.

All goods shall remain the property of VG STORE until such time as the full payment has been received. Any item (s) ordered but not paid for within a three day timescale will be relisted as available stock and considered to be no longer required.

Please provide a confirmed postal address when making your payment.


No additional fees will be added to your ordered item(s). The price you see is the price you pay.

Where charged, all postage costs include postage and packaging and all other handling fees.


Your statutory rights are not affected by this contract


We only ship to the United Kingdom, which includes the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland & Channel Islands.

(Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland & Channel Islands may well incur extra postage costs) Please ask us before placing your order.

We offer a variety of ‘extra cost’ delivery services including Royal Mail 1st class, and other ‘get it fast’ options

We will dispatch your order promptly, we cannot be held liable for late deliveries.

Larger items may be sent out the next working day after receiving your order, using a Courier (3-5 working days Monday – Friday). They will need to be signed for on delivery. In most circumstances, the items purchased will be sent as quoted on the listing page, for alternative arrangements or upgrade the delivery as listed please contact us. We are flexible to offer what you request.

Due to additional charges imposed by our couriers for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Offshore Islands and Northern Ireland, a surcharge may be levied to cover carriage to these areas. We advise customers to contact us for a final postage fee before finalising orders.

Islands and Scottish Highlands means all address within the postcode areas beginning with PH19-44, PH49-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27 & KA28, HS and all addresses within the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the Isles of Scilly.

When paying by PAYPAL, please note that we can only ship your item to your confirmed PayPal address. By doing this both Buyer and Seller are protected under PayPal’s Protection Scheme.

Please make sure that you have a confirmed and up to date delivery address. If for any reason your item is returned to us as undelivered then it may incur an additional postage payment charge before it can be re-sent.

Please allow extra time to receive your item over Bank Holidays, severe weather conditions and the Christmas Period.

Collections from our shop are only permitted when mentioned in the listing or by prior arrangement.


Most items are shipped the same day or following day after purchase, depending on the time of purchase. We only ship items on Monday to Friday.

We cannot be held responsible for items whilst in the hands of the Royal Mail. We always obtain a ‘Proof of Posting’ and can email you this should a problem arise. Please note a claim against the Royal Mail would now need to be made by yourself direct to Royal Mail as they are now insisting on seeing a proof of purchase that shows the value of the items. A copy of your PayPal receipt should be sufficient.


Any item(s) that arrive with damage caused by the courier whilst in transit will need to be notified to us within 2 days of delivery and need to include photographic evidence of the item and all its packaging. We then can lodge a claim against the courier.

Please thoroughly check your parcel for damage prior to the signature as couriers small print say ‘signed for in good condition’ NB. Signing ‘unchecked’ is not enough.

Refunds & Returns

Returns are accepted under the ‘Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000’ within seven days. Return items are to be in their original packaging as supplied and should be fit for resale. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us and we will not issue refunds for goods that arrive to us damaged. Buyers are responsible for the safe return and all postage and packing costs of the returned items.

We recommend that you take photos of the items before and after packing to prove the condition they left you

Return postage charges are non-refundable.

Most NEW items may well be covered under a manufactures warranty, see packaging for details. (If in doubt please ask).

Unhappy with Product

If for any reason you are unhappy with an item purchased from us then please in the first instance contact us via email, clearly stating what your concerns are, we will do everything in our power to correct this, if we still are unable to resolve the issue we will at our discretion issue a full refund.

If you are happy with your item and the service that we have provided, then we would appreciate it if you would leave us positive feedback.

If you are unhappy with our service for any reason we ask that you contact us, we will do our best to solve your concerns to your satisfaction
